We are dedicated to providing the benefits of yoga and its natural restorative powers using the highest quality instruction in a sacred environment. We offer a variety of yoga styles. Our instructors are trained in Hatha, Ashtanga, Anusara, Iyengar and Vinyasa Yoga.
Class Level Descriptions
Level I
A well-rounded, basic yoga practice for beginners or for those wishing to review the fundamentals. Emphasis on breathing and healthy alignment.
Level I-II
A moderately paced class which builds strength, flexibility, and concentration. Continued emphasis on breathing and healthy alignment.
Level II
An intermediate class for those wishing to deepen their practice and refine yogic breathing.
Level II-III
A more challenging class for those with an ongoing yoga practice. Advanced postures and methods of practice will be introduced. Not suitable for beginners.
